Yoga breathing is a safe and natural way to quickly affect your autonomic nervous system. Most of us are getting bounced around by ourenvironment leaving us feeling wired but tired, imbalanced, and strained. Yogabreathing offers many of the same benefits as meditation, but it's easier to learn, can be practiced anywhere, and the results are very predictable. In this workshop you will learn and practice three different categories of breathing and 5 differentes techniques. You will understand the science behind the breath and our nervous system. You will leave the workshop with new tools in your toolbox to use at any time of the day.
About Your Instructor – Sophie Guedon
Allow us to introduce Sophie, one of our cherished instructors. With a profound journey rooted in years of personal practice, Sophie's connection with yoga runs deep. She honed her expertise through her Hot Yoga Teacher Training Course at Hot Yoga Malta, earning her the distinction of being a Yoga Alliance Certified Teacher (E-RYT 200) and YACEP since 2019. Constantly deepening her practice and understanding of the mind-body connection, she successfully got certified in Mindfulness, Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy and as a Breath Coach. Bringing all those tools in her therapeutic approach to Yoga, Sophie is a humble artist whose presence infuses each session with creativity and grace. Her elegant French accent guides you through gentle movements, leading you to embrace strength and serenity.
